  I am &&, is && && graduate school, I studied automation, I liked about the profession itself, while in College, I learned expertise, capacity has been improved.

  Fortune favors the prepared mind. Challenging continuous improvement is support for my four years in College in the inexhaustible source of progress. Alma Mater solid rigorous style of study and I set the hard attitude to learning, Agile thinking, effort, knowledge, solid expertise and proficiency in computer skills knowledge of structure, is a big advantage for me.

  On a professional basis, I learned about electronic circuit design software, microcontroller, PLC programmable controller, is good at the development and design of electronic circuits and application of single-chip microcomputer.

  I am well aware that, as a student, master of computer applications need, learning a variety of computer programming language, assembly language, c, mastering and application of Office, Windows XP, successfully passed the computer grade examination, achieved good results. "10,000 years are too long, seize the day".

  The clock is ticking, not beyond time will be discarded by history. Napoleon once said: "want to be a Marshal of soldiers is not a good soldier." I have to say "don't want to do something not good staff also" I want to race against the wind, I believe strength and charm to conquer all, but I hope to be in the youngest and most capable and most challenging time training, awareness of self-worth, grow up to be able to endure hardship, battle of excellence.

  Because she was young, so I have to have the motivation and confidence, because young, I also have shortcomings and deficiencies.   Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name isXXX . It is really a great honor to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today.

  I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. Withtremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

  In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

  At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

  Research experience and academic activity

  When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulationprogram for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewagetreatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

  In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

  I want to answer anything you might improve, I hope I can make a good performance today. I am a third year major in automation in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, PR China. Withtremendous interest in industrial engineering, I am writing this letter to apply for the PhD in your project.

  In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of science and technology (social)-is widely regarded as one of the best engineering schools in China. In the following undergraduate study, my grades remained outstanding in the whole sector.

  I won the first prize of each term, in 1999, I had the privilege of entering the graduate school entrance exam to give up. During my graduate studies, I average overall standings (3.77/4.0) top 5%. In the second semester, I become a teacher's Assistant, only to the talented and mature students.

My future research interests include: network scheduling, heuristic algorithm (particularly genetic algorithms and neural networks), and supply chain networks, hybrid system with Petri net analysis and data mining.
